An on site assignment is accepted only after Trade Direct Asia confirms that the location, product, timing and agreed checks can be supported reliably.
Jack confirms the client requirements, written inspection plan, evidence needed, timing, deliverables and fixed price quotation.
For work requiring a visit in Thailand, an inspector or on site representative is selected for the location and agreed scope. Identity, availability, ability to follow the written plan and any known supplier relationship are checked before acceptance.
