1. Website purpose
This website provides general information about Trade Direct Asia Limited and the services it may be able to provide. Website content is not a quotation, professional certification, supplier approval or guarantee of a particular outcome.
2. Enquiries do not create an engagement
Submitting an enquiry does not require you to proceed and does not oblige Trade Direct Asia to accept the work. An engagement begins only when the written scope, quotation and applicable Terms of Engagement are accepted and payment is completed, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Scope and capability
Each assignment is considered against the product, location, timing, access and checks requested. Work is accepted only when the required scope can be completed reliably. The written quotation and scope identify the agreed checks, deliverables, timing, price and relevant limitations. Additional work requires a separate quotation or written agreement.
4. Payment and refunds
Payment in full is required before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. A full refund is available before work starts. After work has commenced, no refund is provided unless required by law or approved in writing by Trade Direct Asia.
5. Reports, observations and limitations
Reports record evidence and observations available on the assessment date within the agreed scope, access, sampling method and time available. Trade Direct Asia does not approve or certify suppliers, factories or products and does not guarantee quality, compliance, future performance or supplier conduct.
Recommendations support the client’s decision. The client remains responsible for purchasing, payment, shipment, compliance and other commercial decisions.
6. Client information
The client is responsible for providing complete and accurate supplier, product, order, specification and timing information. Missing, incorrect or late information may limit what can be checked or affect timing and may require a revised scope or quotation.
7. Confidentiality
Enquiries, engagement information and reports are treated as confidential. Information may be shared with contractors, inspectors, advisers or service providers only where reasonably necessary to assess an enquiry, operate the service or complete the agreed work, or where required by law.

This website may link to official registers or other external websites. Trade Direct Asia does not control external content or availability and is not responsible for information published by those external services.
